The Terrace Restaurant- Caribbean mornings served with a view. Set on the ground floor of the elegant Great House and with stunning views of the lily pond and glistening Caribbean, The Terrace Restaurant serves breakfast favorites. Choose from the wide range of Continental selections on the buffet, or order hot à la carte options prepared à la minute and brought to your table.

Bayside Restaurant - Set on the white powder sands of one of the island’s most beautiful beaches, just feet away from the crystal waters of Anse des Pitons and the main swimming pool, geusts can enjoy gourmet pizzas baked in the wood-fired oven, specialty sandwiches or the grilled catch of the day. Unique among restaurants in Soufriere, it offers a myriad of menu selections and upbeat live entertainment showcasing the flavor and culture of St. Lucia during the dinner hour.

The Palm Court Bar - Savor a traditional English afternoon tea at The Palm Court Lounge. You’ll enjoy the classic combination of scones with jam and cream, finger sandwiches and tea while celebrating the beautiful sunset and azure colors of the Caribbean Sea. In the evening, The Palm Court Lounge transforms to feature sophisticated nightlife in St Lucia, with a range of cocktails, mixed drinks, wines and beers.

Bayside Bar - Set right on the shores of Anse des Pitons, the Bayside Bar in St. Lucia is an idyllic destination for Caribbean sunset views and perfectly mixed cocktails. One of the most popular Soufriere bars, the Bayside Bar also serves a relaxed beach menu under the almond trees, with a range of selections including pizza baked in a wood-fired oven and other international favorites.

Cane Bar - Sample the planet’s best aged spirits in this specialty St. Lucia rum bar, designed with a chic white-and-charcoal palette, glowing white bar and comfortable, oversized furniture. The Cane Bar also provides a professional “rummelier” to aid in the selection of the expertly chosen native and international rums.

Room service

Room service is available. A menu of juicy burgers, crispy pizzas and sweet treats is available 24/7. You can dine in-room for breakfast (7am-11am) and dinner (5pm-10pm) on a menu of flank-steak skewers, home-made pappardelle pasta and fresh sushi and sashimi.

Airport

The closest international hub is Hewanorra Airport (35 km), roughly a 45-minute drive from the resort. If jetting in from one of the Caribbean islands, fly into George F L Charles Airport, which is just under a 90-minute drive away (47 km).

By car

A car will come in handy if you want to explore the island, but you'll need to obtain a temporary permit for a small charge. The hotel offers free valet parking.
