1. Welcome to Stay in Style Travel 
Stay in Style Travel is an exclusive hotel website that promotes and advertises exclusive hotel accommodations of hotels. Stay in Style Travel offers you the best luxury hotels all over the world that you can book directly through the hotel's own website with whom you also conclude the contract.


2. The role of Stay in Style Travel
We serve as an intermediary for the hotels whose information is offered on our website. This means that we offer a platform with which you can make a commitment with the hotels. We do not enter into a direct relationship with you. As such, these general terms and conditions apply to your use of our website, but the reservations you make are subject to the general conditions on the page of the hotels. 

3. Responsibility  
Although Stay in Style Travel makes reasonable efforts to carefully select the hotels for whom Stay in Style Travel acts as an intermediary, Stay in Style Travel is in no way responsible for providing the prices and / or offers of a hotel.

Stay in Style Travel does not act as a travel agent or travel organizer. For negotiations, conditions or making a reservation, please contact the hotel. If you have any questions after making a reservation, please contact the hotel directly where you made the reservation. 

As the commitment for the booking is made between you and the hotel, we are in no way responsible for the reservation. As such, we accept no responsibility or liability for any loss you may incur as a result of using the reservation.   

4. Disclaimer and liability
We have taken the utmost care in the preparation of the content of our website. However, we are not responsible for any errors or omissions or for any technical problems you encounter with our website. If we receive a notification of any inaccuracies in the content on our website, we will try to correct this as soon as reasonably possible.
