Chablé immediately immerses guests in the rich culture and history of the region, creating an authentic experience that harmoniously blends nature and comfort with an unmistakable sense of place. Every aspect of the development of Chablé Resort & Spa has been carefully planned and executed to honor the history of the property and ancient Mayan culture. This wellness resort is located in 740 acres of land with a colonial 19th century Hacienda and 40 stand alone villas. The Hacienda was originally a cattle ranch that by 1850 changed to a Henequen Production Hacienda. The original Main House of the Hacienda was rebuilt and is currently  the social heart of Chable, where guest gather to have a drink at the bar, enjoy the library, terrace and extensive gardens around it.

Presidential Villa - A home away from home with jungle views, Mayan murals and glass walls bringing together the old and the new creating a secluded hideaway. Featuring 3 bedrooms – Master bedroom with king size bed, one room with king bed and one with two double beds – each one with private bathroom with double sink and showers. It also includes an outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, living and dining room and lavish gardens.

Children

Children of all ages are welcome. Sofas in casitas can be used for a child to sleep on at no extra cost. Cots are provided for babies. Babysitters and nannies are available upon request.

Pets

Dogs are welcome for US$50 a night and get daily purified water, a bed and bowls. Dogs must be kept on a short lead and can’t be taken into restaurants, the pool area or the spa.

Ixi'im -  Ixi'im is the Signature Restaurant at Chablé. Chef Jorge Vallejo (Quintonil, Mexico City) designed the gastronomy which blends modern and ancestral techniques to recreate traditional flavors using local products, part of Mexican culture. He integrates the practices of sustainable agriculture and organic farming.

Ki'ol - Honoring its name in Mayan, which means "healthy", Ki’ol is a breath of fresh air. Within its oasis-like, vibrant, tranquil ambiance, it offers delicious meals crafted with fresh produce grown in our Maya Garden. Open breakfast, lunch and dinner guest can expect an array of dishes that go from local and traditional to international and exuberant. 

Welness Restaurant (lunch) - According to the wellness philosophy of the hotel, the Wellness Restaurant offers well balance meals combined with delectable menus, where the local dishes excel. They use local products, according to the season. The culinary farm to table experience it’s based on leaves and vegetables, that are grown in the Ka’anche´s (Mayan garden).

Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be taken in your room. Choose from a scaled-down menu of Ki’ol’s classics.

Mérida's Manuel Crescencio Rejón International Airport is around 30 minutes’ drive from the hotel (34 km).

By car

A car will help you to explore the Yucatán Peninsula’s wilds and Mérida’s monuments. Hire a car at the airport; the hotel has free on-site parking.
