Olivera - The ideal way to enjoy a Mediterranean à la carte dinner with an unique and modern touch, served in exclusive tableware created for the hotel by professional Mallorcan potters. Castell Bar - Castell Bar´s creation is completely inspired by nature. Fresh fruits and spices are used in classics such as the Negroni or Martini cocktail.
