Restaurants & Bars
Restaurants
Meo Modo Restaurant - Housed in the main villa, Meo Modo is a Michelin-starred restaurant offering innovative farm-to-plate dining experiences. Our menus always reflect the season and are guided by what is available on our organically cultivated farm
Trattoria Sull'Albero Restaurant - Designed around a large spreading oak tree with rustic interiors that evoke an elegant expansive tree house, our Trattoria Sull'Albero offers a laid-back lounge and dining ambience overlooking the fields and forests of the Valle Serena. The classic Tuscan menu of our 'farm to plate' fare showcases our organically cultivated ingredients sourced from our farm: freshly picked vegetables, artisanal cheeses, free-range eggs, in-house prosciutto ham and zero-kilometer sourced meat.
Bar
Sull’Albero Bar - Drinks are served all day and night at the long outdoor wooden bar at the Trattoria Sull’Albero or at its inside bar with relaxed fire-side seating. Guests can also imbibe in something cool at the freshwater infinity pool or in the shady green seating area being serenaded by the soft sounds of the waterfall.
Franco's Bar - The latest addition to Le Sirenuse, Franco’s Bar is a stylish, panoramic al fresco terrace that tips its hat to a golden age of fine cocktails and quality champagne. The bar's fresh and striking decor and contemporary artworks, commissioned from a raft of local and international talent, pay homage to the late Franco Sersale, whose careful design curation is still evident in every corner of the hotel.
Wine cellar
Borgo Santo Pietro’s cavernous cellar, situated below our thirteenth-century villa, plays host to nearly 1250 prestigious and boutique labels which line its walls. Years of 'walking the vineyards' and sampling various wines have guided us to build a wine list that is greatly inspired by Borgo’s commitment to authentic production. This is why you won't find many mainstream wines or winemakers on our list, as we choose what we love and, most importantly, those that uphold the traditions, history and culture of winemaking.
The Borgo Cooking School
The Borgo Cooking School sits in the heart of the Tuscan countryside surrounded by organic farmland, vineyards, olive groves and vegetable gardens. A center for all types of Tuscan cuisine, the Borgo Cooking Schooloffers an extensive list of courses, classes and cooking workshops for foodies of all levels. From classic pizza and pasta making through to more advanced gourmet classes for professional chefs, Borgo Cooking School offers mouth-watering culinary journeys for cooks of all levels.
